Dr Waheed graduated Cum Laude from City University of New York in Queens, her hometown. She double majored in Psychology and Neuroscience. She was one of selected few group of students who dedicated their time in learning human behavior. She now specializes and takes pride in dealing with patients who have high anxiety and fear towards dentistry. After her undergraduate studies, Dr. Waheed continued her journey to Dental School at New York University College of Dentistry. NYUCD is one the most prestigious dental schools in the heart of New York and is known globally around the world as a highly recognized dental school. After she finished dental school, Dr. Waheed completed her residency in Queens Hospital, where she learned how to serve patients in a hospital setting with hospital privileges. After residency she received her fellowship in Implantology and Prosthodontics where she excelled in treating complex cases of patients requiring full mouth rehabilitations. Today, Dr Waheed is a managing dentist of multiple locations across Orange County and is now proudly serving Los Angeles county. Her journey as an avid student, learning the nuances and the upcoming techniques and technologies of Dentistry doesn’t end. She is  currently a student at Kois Center, where she continues to learn different techniques to better serve her patients. She loves what she does; during her free time she spends time in nature, workouts out at the gym, loves good people and good vibes!
